Vote on Phase 2 short IRIs

Dear WG,

We need a formal vote on Phase 2 Deliverable's IRIs here on the mailing list.

Please indicate in a reply to this if you agree to the following proposed short IRIs or if you have any concerns:

- Node Expressions: shacl12-node-expr
- Rules: shacl12-rules

- Compact syntax: shacl12-cs
- UI: shacl12-ui
- Profiling: shacl12-profiling
- Overview: shacl12-overview

If we can reach consensus on these, we will implement redirects from shacl-* to shacl12-* too.

Voting will close on the 23rd of September.
