Short URIs for Phase 2 Sepcifications

Dear WG,

We need to vote on all short URIs for Phase 2 specifications which we hope to do in a week.

The proposed short URIs are:

- shacl12-node-expr
- shacl12-rules - note the removal of "inf"
- shacl12-ui
- shacl12-profiling
- shacl12-compact-syntax
- shacl12-overview

Please note that we do not have a short URL for shacl-shacl as this is folded into the Overview document.

If these proposals are uncontroversial, we will vote them in next week at the September 8th meeting. If any need further consideration, we will raise Issues and/or meeting agenda points for them.
