Profiling meeting apology and progress notes

Dear WG,

I won't be able to attend a Profiling TaskForce meeting in 1/2 an hour I'm afraid - I have a family commitment (looking after kids, school holidays).

No major profiling report from me anyway, but a couple of minor ones:

- I am starting to create packages of SHACL Shapes meeting the Packaging recommendations that will appear publicly in OGC and ISO systems in January

- for example, an updated form of the validator for the GeoSPARQL ontology
- this counts as an implementation of these recommendations
- I will shortly create a PR for the Rules spec to add in packaging suggestions as per the Profiling doc

- I may also need to expand the Profiling doc's packaging section to cover Rules shapes

Apologies again to miss you, see you in the New Year.
