Call for Consensus: Auto-publication

Hi all,

At today’s (April 28) WG teleconference, we discussed moving each specification to auto-publication once its First Public Working Draft is approved.

We invite feedback through this Call for Consensus, which will stay open for two weeks (until May 13).
If no objections are raised by that time, we will move forward with auto-publication.
