Re-reading the spec I agree it could be clearer than currently stated 
what the value of sh:sourceShape needs to be for sh:property 
constraints. sh:property is somewhat of an outlier in that it "shifts" 
the active shape when it's reached. But the intent (and implementation) 
makes the property shape itself the sh:sourceShape.
