Yes, I do have one and it will be part of TopBraid 5.4. It's not part of the open source API because I didn't want to introduce unnecessary dependencies (on ANTLR). It's primarily generated from https://github.com/w3c/data-shapes/blob/gh-pages/shacl-compact-syntax/SHACLC.g4 which you can use, for example, to produce Sesame triples directly.
