Aduna is doing (together with L3S and DFKI) the LuceneSail which indexes 
RDF and fulltext:
http://dev.nepomuk.semanticdesktop.org/wiki/LuceneSail

of course, for the oilit case it is not just "plugging stuff together",
if you know all the systems I mentioned, you know that you have to do a 
lot of costly and time-intensive glue-coding.

thats why I recommended to let this be done by people who have 
experience and can calculate the costs.
