yet fully recovered from a bout of COVID, though improving rapidly.

From: Erich Bremer <erich.bremer@stonybrook.edu>
Hi David,
Here are my notes for today's meeting:
Present EricP, myself, Detlef, Gaurav?
1) discussed https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/146
<https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/146>.
Detlef raised concern that DICOM refers to the position in the
list and that the first position is "one" not "zero". DICOM JSON using
arrays would use "ZERO"
2) discussed https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/144
<https://github.com/w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf/issues/144>
dcm4che's dcm2json method
use of DICOM WEB
use RDF Media fragments and IIIF
DICOM spec does not exactly talk about length and offset
being able to reference sub-image data like tiles in the new DICOM
Pathology image tiles handy
EricP - probably (the above) not considered when DICOM JSON done to
account for why the details may be lacking
potential opportunity to flesh some details out for encoding offset
and length in the URIs/triples
3) EricP attempted to share sounds of a flock of geese that flew over
him during call
4) Discussed binary RDF specifically RDF-HDT and
https://github.com/w3c/sparql-dev/issues/82
<https://github.com/w3c/sparql-dev/issues/82>
for binary encodings of sparql results such as Apache Arrow / RDF-HDT
5) EricP promised to deliver his "uber issue" that would be the summary
issue that would be continually edited.
