I just received email from W3C informing me that the HCLS Community Group
currently lacks a chair.  Apparently that omission is holding up the
process of transferring ownership of the previous HCLS *Interest* Group
(which has been out of charter for quite some time) to the HCLS *Community*
Group.

Accordingly, I have now nominated myself for chair of the HCLS *Community*
Group.  If anyone else would like to propose themselves or anyone else as
chair instead or in addition, please do so:
