PDDI Task Force - Please comment/edit the draft IG Note by 7/1/17

Dear PDDI Task Force Members,

It has been quite some time since we chatted. I apologize for the delay.
The project has been moving forward. We now have a nearly complete draft
of the first of two interest group notes that we plan to write for the
project. This first note introduces the motivation for the PDDI Minimum
Information Model and the describes 1) a user-centered design process to
derive use cases and user scenarios for the model, and 2) an semi-formal
consensus process to arrive at guidelines for the scope of knowledge
representation.

The document is available attached as a Word document and also online as
an editable google doc:

To move this along toward a final version that can be posted on the W3C
site by the end of this summer, I would ask that you please comment/edit
the draft IG Note by 7/1/17.

Serkan Ayvaz and I will close the commenting period on 7/2/2017. We will
then compile comments and edits to discuss at a Task Force call in July.

I plan to send a separate email with a link to a doodle poll to schedule
the July and August "All Task Force" telecons.

Looking forward to your input.

best regards,

-Rich
