Dear PDDI Min Info Task Force Participants, I hope that you all have had an excellent late Fall. The minutes for the November CONTENT and STANDARDS sub-team calls are now posted with links to videos to the sessions. - CONTENT (11/16/2016) : https://goo.gl/ltWa52 - STANDARD (11/21/2016) : https://goo.gl/LqpKnN There are no meetings currently scheduled for December and I think it best to keep it that way. Let's reconvene in late January when we can discuss the draft of the W3C Intro note (to be sent later in December), the initial ontology for the min info model, and a plan for how to work with PDDI decision trees, ontology, and relevant domain terminologies to demonstrate the info model in a way similar to how MIAME and MAGE-TAB were written and disseminated. Please look for a request to complete a Doodle poll for meetings January - March sometime next week. Happy Holidays, -Rich -- Richard D Boyce, PhD Associate Professor of Biomedical Informatics and Clinical and Translational Science in the Clinical and Translational Science Institute Faculty, Center for Pharmaceutical Policy and Prescribing Faculty, Geriatric Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Gero-Informatics Research and Training Program University of Pittsburgh rdb20@pitt.edu Office: 412-648-9219 Twitter: @bhaapgh
