This is too late for a formal discussion, but I'd like to discuss
formalizing our decisions in the form of schema a la:

  http://w3c.github.io/hcls-fhir-rdf/spec/rdf#rdf-data-for-codeable-concept-instance

Advantages:
  testable.
  reusable (e.g. textShape).
  clarifies cardinalities.

Disadvantages:
  have to learn to use a formalism.
  can't sweep ambiguity under the rug.
