Example C-CDA for trying with ShEx?

Hi John,

On our teleconference 23-Dec-2014 you expressed interest in seeing 
compelling complex examples of using ShEx (Shape Expressions) to 
validate C-CDA documents that are translated to RDF.  You mentioned that 
you could provide an example C-CDA to try:
