Hi,
 today we discussed


issue #81 enhanced dataset statistics
 - requested comment to understand how to specify subject and object
class partitions within a property partitions

issue # 80 sparql endpoint
 - resolved that void:sparqlEndpoint SHOULD be used at the summary
level, but SHOULD NOT be used with version/distribution levels.
However, this is allowed if there is a commitment to provide specific
versions / distributions in the sparql endpoint.

issue # 78
 - resolved that dct:creator should use IRI, as per dct specification
