Dataset Descriptions

Hello,

  I have added a few example numbers and URIs in the RDF example in the appendix section (http://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/joejimbo/HCLSDatasetDescriptions/blob/master/Overview.html#appendix).

  It would be great if the new contents could be “signed off” by another person (or two) before we go live with the document.
