Agenda for this morning? -- Propose an HL7 work group on RDF for Semantic Interoperability?

Eric indicated earlier this morning that he had not prepared what he 
intended to prepare for today's call, so if others want to do a last(?) 
review of the proposed HL7 charter on today's call, before I submit it 
to the HL7 organization, that would be good.  Attached is the latest 
version.
