George Thomas Memorial Fellowship announced by USA CTO Todd Park!

Todd Park made the announcement during his keynote speach at the Health 
Datapalooza conference a few minutes ago.   No details yet on the 
Fellowship, but I think this is a very good sign.   This is significant 
because it represents a strong endorsement by Todd Park of George's work 
for open government data using Linked Data.
