I thought some people on this list might be interested in this Sources Sought notice from NIH. https://www.fbo.gov/spg/HHS/NIH/OAM/NIHLM2014234/listing.html "The National Library of Medicine, part of the Department of Health and Human Services' National Institutes of Health, has a requirement to acquire consulting services in the areas of linked data and the semantic web with the goal of assisting NLM to publish the MeSH vocabulary in RDF. Specific areas requiring consultation may include: data modeling and architecture, stakeholder engagement, analytic and usage statistics, and developing user studies."
