Hi Michel,

Thanks for leading/organizing.   I was on the call today, and while we had consensus around these topics, it wasn't my impression that we agreed or finalized the decision. I for one felt it would be worthwhile to open the question to the broader community (on this mailing list), get a few more ideas on the table, discuss, then decide and go.
