Dataset descriptions document progress

Hi All,

Sorry that I cannot make the call this afternoon.

I have been working on transcribing the spreadsheet into the working document.

I believe that I have finished the unversioned-unformatted section. There are several open issues here.

I have completed the core information and provenance and change sections for the versioned-unformatted section. I have raised a question here about why we suggest using one of two predicates for pointing to source datasets. If someone remembers why we did this, please let me know, otherwise we should pick one of them.
