ICD 10 as linked data?

Hi!

ICD 10 and other classification code systems should be useful as
linked data. Typically they seem to be translated and then augmented
with local extensions and semantic web technologies provides
mechanisms for both.

Do you know if there is any ongoing work to publish ICD 10 as linked
data? It would be great if this work was done close to the source
instead of each country doing it on their own.
