Title: [LLD] Metadata for data discovery
Note that because of differences in Daylight Savings Time and an attempt to  
include all of PST, JST, and CET, we have changed the time of this meeting.  
It is 1 hour earlier in EST but 2 hours earlier in CET! Daylight savings  
begins in Europe on Easter Sunday (next Sunday).
