I'm sorry to hear that csv2rdf4lod seemed to heavyweight.
It works in the small scenario that you describe, but I guess I failed to facilitate it with the installer.

It's a tradeoff between trying to provide the kitchen sink when people want it.

If you'd like to discuss your issue off list, I'd be more than happy to smooth out the hiccups that you ran into.
