Cancelling HL7 RIMBAA out of cycle meeting Nov 20 Pleasanton CA

Unfortunately, we have not been able to arrange a full suite of
speakers for the RIMBAA out of cycle meeting for November 20 in San
Francisco. We are cancelling this meeting rather than have people
travel for a light meeting.
