Title: Linked Life Data
Screen sharing:
We will attempt screen sharing with Google Hangout. Please prepare by  
downloading the Google plugin for Google Hangout. Note that this will  
double the audio channel and create feedback loops so please do *not* call  
Zakim.

Google Hangout link will be sent to the mailing list just before 11AM ET.  
If you contact me beforehand, I can send the link directly to you  
(sometimes the mailinglist takes several minutes).

As I recall, Google Hangout will send video from your webcam by default.  
You can easily turn it off by clicking on the video icon.

Title: Exposing WikiPathways to the semantic web.

WikiPathways (http://www.wikipathways.org) is an online resource for  
pathways. Inspired by Wikipedia, content is provided by the community at  
large. Currently, it contains around 2200 pathways over 21 species. Work is  
in progress in exposing WikiPathways content as Linked Open Data. On  
Monday, I will present this work. Key points will be vocabularies selected,  
the underlying architecture and some example SPARQL queries.
