Pharmacogenomics meeting: PharmGKB

Hi,
  In today's PGx meeting, I walked us through PharmGKB datasets, my
RDFization script, and browsing through the resulting knowledge base with
Virtuoso's faceted browser.  In two weeks' time, we hope to i) fix obvious
problems and add more linked data and ii) see how IO explorer, distill bio
and maybe a new sparql-js portal view could be used on this data (other
SPARQL-compatible tool developers are welcome to showcase with this
dataset).
