server upgrade @ carleton university

Hi,
 Just a notice that we're taking our servers down for maintenance/upgrade.
This will affect SIO resolution, and Bio2RDF in track datasets and
HCLS-centered triple stores. We hope this won't take longer than 30
minutes.
