> Work with the Institute for Immunology and Informatics (iCubed) researchers to develop new immunoinformatics tools, and to apply and extend the EpiMatrix suite of vaccine design tools currently in use at iCubed.

> ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Lead immunoinformatics projects related to ongoing and new research.

> Interface and participate in project planning with the Institute's principal investigators.

> 1. Bachelor's degree in the biological sciences, chemistry or mathematics;

> 3. Demonstrated experience in HTML-based application development with JavaScript and PHP (or similar languages);

> 4. Demonstrated experience in scripting (Python, Perl, or similar languages) and software development (Java, C, or similar languages);

> 5. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment; 
> 
> 6. Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and writing skills;

> 7. Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team setting.  
> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

> 1. Experience with SQL (especially Oracle PL/SQL);

> 2. Knowledge of basic statistics or statistical packages such as SAS or SPSS;
