We will continue discussion on merging various rdfized SBML / Biopax models
and removing the inconsistencies. We have now loaded the entire
Reactome/Human database and have begun assembling the SPARQL queries to
reveal the complex, and its components, on the "left" and "right" side of
the biochemical reactions.
