The workshop aims to attract researchers from Computer Science, Information Science, Biomedicine, Bioinformatics, and related areas to share research challenges, results, methods and advances in the appliance of Semantic Web technologies to Bioinformatics field, paying special attention in papers which covers Linked Data topic. Apart from Linked Data main topic, we encourage researchers to submit papers which are related with other topics related with Semantic technologies. *IMPORTANT*: Authors of selected papers will have an opportunity to extend their workshop papers for publication (subject to peer review) in Journal of Biomedical Semantics.
