Hi this is Ajit from Amrita university India. I had a view of DERI Health care and Life science database.Good to know that the knowledge base has 400 million RDF statements. Basically I am a bioinformatician and have to indulge with a bulk amount of data. currently I am focusing on Protein data from Uniprot. I just saw your comment inviting suggestions to add RDF/OWL data into the knowledge base. It would be nice if you could include the Uniprot RDF data which is available from the uniprot website. 

It will be a great help for every bioinformatician since you already have the gene related info from NCBI. Please consider the addition of uniprot data into the knowledge base
