RE: WHO global health atlas

FYI,

I provide patent data, and also patent text mining capabilities based on the
USPTO database. The full story is available from EnglishLogicKernel dot
com. You can download a USPTO browser, select corpora of patents based on
available criteria from the USPTO, generate Markman Charts and Claim Charts,
and do broad portfolio reviews using Elk for Patents (EfP) browser, which is
downloadable from the site. It works with Windows XP and later, running as
an application program.

If there is a specific RDF format you want it to output, e.g., a referenced
RDF specification URI, please let me know and I MAY be able to add that
capability to EfP.

Hi Amrapali,

I have updated the link in the Wiki.

I'm not aware that anyone has converted the USPTO data to RDF. You could
ping the list to see if it has been done?

<public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org>

Cheers,

I wanted to request you to change the link on the dataset page [1] about the
GHO dataset to http://aksw.org/Projects/Stats2RDF.

Also, I wanted to share with you my project page [2]. Please take a look.

I also wanted to ask you whether you know if the USPTO patent data [3] has
been converted to RDF? If not, I plan to convert it as I also require patent
information for my project.

Thanks.

Amrapali

Yes I would definitely be interested in adding the data set to the LODD
website. You may include it in the table.

Let me know if you need any other information.

Will let you know about when I would like to present soon.

Thanks !

Dear Amrapali,

Thanks for the update.

Would you be interested in you data set being added to the LODD Data Web
site (http://esw.w3.org/HCLSIG/LODD/Data). Information about the data could
be included in the table, or I could create a separate heading for it if you
like?

You're certainly welcome to give a talk again during one of our calls.
Please send me a mail when you know when you'd like to present.

Cheers,

Susie

Just wanted to share with you that I have created a page regarding the
SCOVOfied GHO data where one can also download the RDF Files:

http://aksw.org/Projects/GHO2SCOVO?v=wmb

Also, at a later stage, I would like to present my project to the LODD
group. I met Anja last week at Leipzig and she suggested that I should as I
could get valuable insight for my project. However, since I am in the middle
of it, I would like to get some results and then present it to the group.
Please let me know if that is allright with you and also if I could present
my project sometime in the end of October or beginning of November.

Thank you.

Would it be possible for you to share your slides with me by August 31?

We haven't converted the WHO's Global Health Atlas to RDF. It is a data

doing the conversion. Would you be interested in participating in one of the
LODD group calls to give us an overview of your work?

Dear Susie,

I am a PhD student at the University of Leipzig associated with the AKSW
group <http://aksw.org/> . I am currently working on converting the WHO
dataset into RDF.

I came across the LODD datasets page <http://esw.w3.org/HCLSIG/LODD/Data>
and noticed that the "World Health Organization's Global Health Atlas" was
one of the datasets on the list that the group is currently looking at.

We are currently working on using the SCOVO
<http://sw-app.org/pub/eswc09-inuse-scovo.pdf> ontology to import WHO data
as CSV into RDF and are currently creating an OntoWiki
<http://aksw.org/Projects/OntoWiki?v=1atc> plugin for the same.

Please let me know if your group has already converted the WHO Global Health
Atlas data as RDF/Linked Data.

Thank you.
