Dear colleagues, Please join us tomorrow for a TM call focused on extending the translational medicine ontology with pharmacogenomics terms. Please review current terms in TMO and try to add required new terms to the Google-Docs spreadsheet [1] (notify me if you don't have access but feel like you can contribute). The current terms in TMO are listed in the second and third sheet of that document. The goal is to finalize the extension of the TMO and to demonstrate querying and reasoning functionality based on TMO for clinical decision support in the context of personalized medicine. Our achievements should be documented in a submission to International Conference on Biomedical Ontology (ICBO) -- the submission deadline is January 31.
