sentiment appears in HL7 blurbs ...

of course though this acknowledges the coupling of object and verb, it is
couched in "ye-olde-worldy" speak where there's a distinct model, flying
high above the minutiae of concept. Somehow two grammars, of concept scheme
and model, can exist independently. This I don't get.

for an EHR, for instance, when a DAM is developed, what is important are the

this is where we differ I think: I don't see a distinct space, a pristine
upper chamber if you like, for an era-free, always applicable model that can
render any other frame-of-reference successfully. You can't divorce your
verbs from your objects, composites from the pieces they break into.
