§  Chime to complete the high level diagrams
§  Chime to extract terms related to - drugs, symptoms & tests from patient records and identify potential matches to NDC, SNOMED-CT and NCI-T
§  Joanne to validate matches using BioPortal
§  Joanne and EricP to incorporate identifiers into the original patient records
§  EricP to generate proper URIs in RDF records
§  Amend SPARQL queries accordingly (todo)
