Last Call for RIF

The Rule Interchange Format (RIF) Working Group went to Last Call on 3 July
[1]. There's now just a week left to provide feedback, before its planned
transition to Candidate Recommendation.

Sandro Hawkes (W3C team contact for RIF) will be joining us during the HCLS
call on Thursday, providing a good opportunity to learn about RIF, and ask
questions.
