I've created a couple calendars for the HCLS IG:
  http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=w3.hcls%40gmail.com
  http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=9rstfg3i2kt7b6l4f29gh9au08%40group.calendar.google.com
(There are linked from <http://esw.w3.org/topic/HCLSIG#cal>.)
The former includes telecons and F2Fs. The latter includes related
conferences and speaking opportunities. I used the US Eastern
timezone to schedule, but GMT is dislayed in e.g. week view.

Google users who are logged in can click on the "+Google Calendar"
icon in each of these calendars to add it to their list of calendars.
(You can enter "w3.hcls@gmail.com" in the Other calendars::Add a
friend's calendar field, but that only works for w3.hcls's main
calendar.)

I intend this to be community-maintained. Anyone who wants to edit
this calendar should contact me for the account details. (I don't
recommend authorizing your own google id to edit the calendar as it is
too easy to steal events from the hcls calendar into your own.)

The speaking ops calendar has AMIA, Tech Plenary and ASWC so
far. Flushing this out will help us better direct our efforts.
