I would like to contribute on chemical structural ontology if opportunities exist. My contributions will be based on the implementations by the Protein Data Bank

Hi everybody,

I want to let you know that the ISMB SIG call for proposals is now online at http://www.iscb.org/ismb2010-submission-details/ismb2010-special-interest-groups .

The CFP is largely the same as last year's; I expect that it will be updated in a few days to include the names of the committee members. The submission deadline is Dec 1st.
