Dear All,

The deadline for the early-bird registration ($50/day) deadline is 
Monday 5 October. On 6 October the fee raises to $75/day so please do 
register sooner rather than later.  Also, our room block at the hotel is 
filling up quickly and the deadline for the discount room rate  ($174 
+tax) is on Monday 12 October so please make sure to make your hotel
