F2F meeting meal logistics

As you are all aware,  our face-to-face meeting starts 30 April [F2F];
the agenda and presentations are coming along. MIT is hosting the f2f,
but we need to come up with our own food and coffee money. We can also
ask MIT to provide coffee and swandwichs for about $20/person/day:

    morning drinks and scones: $5.79/person
    lunch (sandwiches?): $9.75
    afternoon cookies/coffee: $3.25
                               $9.04 without lunch
                              $18.79 with lunch

Some nice organizers (me) would need to order the food in advance,
based on f2f registration, front the money and get paid in cash by
the attendees.

Of course I'd rather that some nice organization (represented by you)
found it worhwhile to sponsor the meeting. Given the relatively low
cost (and yes, you can pay for more exciting food), you might find it
cost-effective publicity (icon and link on the f2f homepage, and, for
a few months, on the HCLSIG home page). Please let me know if your
organization might be interersted in paying for lunch and giving out
tradeshow freebies (e.g. pens, laptops, Hello Kitty sticker).

We can:
  A: find a sponsor
A: arrange with me for mit catering
C: not bother with this and use the cafeteria [CAF]

If receptions (read "beer and wine") are appealing, we can reserve the
R&D pub Thursday evening.
