ESW wiki attachments

In the past, folks were able to add attachments anonymously, which
we've had to shut off for spam control. You can create an account at
http://esw.w3.org/topic/UserPreferences , then mail me the name and to
which pages you'll be adding attachments, and I'll add you to
http://esw.w3.org/topic/ESWEditorsGroup .

Sorry for the pain, feel free to take your frustration out on a spammer.
