You can still provide me with an updated version of your abstract. Posters and demos will be presented in the poster/demo session at the conference. The poster/demo abstracts are not part of the proceedings but will be printed locally and handed out to all participants. The organizers will provide a basic setup (poster boards, tables) as well as Internet connections but no computers or projectors although screens will be available to help with demos run from laptops. Registration: Registration for DILS 2009 is open (Early registration deadline: June 20th, 2009) http://www.cs.manchester.ac.uk/DILS09/registration1.php The conference registration fee includes the welcome reception (with a tour of the Manchester Museum) and the conference dinner. Registration fees: £280 early registration. £120 early student registration. £320 regular registration. £160 regular student registration. The ENFIN workshop is free. If you are only attending ENFIN please note there are two registrations, one which includes lunch, and which does not. Accommodation: Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. DILS has allocated blocks of rooms in the following two hotels, both located at walking distance from Kilburn building, the conference venue. Palace Hotel block of 50 rooms, GBP98.00 bed and breakfast, single occupancy. Please contact the DILS organisers to obtain the booking code for this hotel, thank you. Ibis Hotel, Charles st./Princess st. block of 50 rooms, GBP55.00 per room incl. breakfast. To book, please send email to h3143@accor.com and specify DILS and the dates.
