Thanks for the catch!
I'd have thought most people would need to enter the meetings into their
calendar way in advance, in order to prevent the time being grabbed by
someone else. That's why we try to have calls on a very regular basis. The
mails that I send out are really are just reminders that the call is going
ahead.
