Hi Scott, The note looks good. The Alzheimer's disease (AD) use case is interesting. As a future direction, you and others might consider expanding the AD use case to make it more realistic and scientifically interesting. In fact, SenseLab is heading in the direction of studying the molecular mechanisms of neurological diseases and disorders such as AD. We are also interested in linking with drug/clinical/hypothesis data. So there may be a possible synergy. What seems to be missing in the current HCLS KB is health care/clinical data .... I also wonder how much and to what extent clinical data are available in the public domain. A minor correction: please change my affiliation (near the bottom of the page) from "SenseLab" to "Yale Center for Medical Informatics". Just my two cents. Cheers, -Kei Quoting "M.
