Review of SenseLab conversion doc

Besides the main HCLS KB document, there is also a draft for a short W3C document describing the conversion of SenseLab, which is part of the HCLS KB.

This document connects to the main HCLS KB document and provides a specific example of how an information source in the KB was created (of course, the process is not representative for all of the information sources).
It would be great if we could get some reviews for this note, although it has a much lower priority than the main HCLS KB document at the moment. The note should be in a publication-worthy state within the next two weeks. I do not expect that major changes will need to be made.
