Vipul A few quick remarks about your demo scenarios: I understand that the COI demo is meant to demonstrate how the following two types of boundaries between research (clinical trials) and clinical practice (healthcare data) are bridged: 1. Clinical trial (research) vocabularies (we made clinical trial ontology) to healthcare data (we made clinical practice ontology and made mapping to HL7 vocabulary/ontology). 2. High level drug class concepts to detailed patients prescription data with NDC codes. The bridges include such tools as "concept mapping, for example, owl:sameAs or owl:equvilantClassOf", and inference rules, for example: #check all drugs that "may_treat obese" #{?A rdfs:subClassOf ?B; # rdfs:label ?D. # ?B a owl:Restriction; # owl:onProperty :may_treat; # owl:someValuesFrom :C0028754} #=> #{ # ?A a :CTDrugName}. In the patient data we have for the COI demo, there is no "RxNorm" codes. We needs to state how we made the searching viable from ontology concepts -> RxNorm ingredients code -> NDC drug code -> patient prescription data Will talk to you at the Tcon today.
