Re: URI note snapshot available

Dear Jonathan,

Currently, the 'URI-based naming systems for science' document draft [1] 
does not mention or discuss the 'Cool URIs for the Semantic Web' document 
[2]. Should there not be at least a little bit of discussion about this 
other document? I think an analysis of the approaches taken by the life 
science community compared to the SWEO/linked data community could be 
interesting.
