Hopefully I'll get this right, rather than contributing to the confusion! Space has been reserved for HCLS to meet on the afternoon of Thursday Nov. 8, all day on Friday Nov. 9, and the morning of Saturday Nov. 10. As far as I'm aware, folks are still deciding when exactly over those three days the different agenda items will be covered. A few people have already mentioned that they would prefer not to meet on a Saturday, so it's possible that the F2F will just be on Nov. 8/9. Cheers, Susie "Rachel Richesson" <Rachel.Richesson To @epi.usf.edu> "Eric Prud'hommeaux" <eric@w3.org>, "Eric Neumann" 09/19/2007 04:10 <eneumann@teranode.com> PM cc "Susie M Stephens" <STEPHENS_SUSIE_M@LILLY.COM>, <public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org> Subject RE: RE: HCLS F2F So please clarify for me - when is the HCLS November F2F meeting (Boston) and is there more than one meeting day associated with this group? I am very confused. Yeah, the WG and IG meetings are traditionally two days. Because some interloper is squatting on the Thursday AM slot, the meetings shift back by half a day. I am very sorry to have misled you all about when this meeting is. (Some preliminary schedule or something like that led me to record the wrong dates.) If this change of time is a problem for anyone, please don't hesitate to contact me and the chairs. I note that this shift in schedule may make it feasible for Don D to attend (no pressure, but it wouldn't be the same without you). > Eric > > > -----Original Message----- > From: public-semweb-lifesci-request@w3.org on behalf of Susie M Stephens > Sent: Tue 9/18/2007 4:23 PM > To: public-semweb-lifesci@w3.org > Subject: Re: HCLS F2F > > > There has been a slight change of plan, and the HCLS F2F will now be held > on Nov. 8/9. > > Please could you complete the registration form asap > http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35125/TPAC2007/ > > Cheers, > > Susie > > > > > > Susie M > Stephens/AM/LLY > To > 09/17/2007 04:06 W3C HCLS > PM cc > > Subject > HCLS F2F > > > > > > > > > > Hi Folks, > > During today's BioRDF call, EricP pointed out that the URL for registration > for the HCLS F2F on November 5/6 in Boston is available at: > http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35125/TPAC2007/ > > It would be wonderful if everyone who is interested in attending the > meeting can fill in the registration questionnaire as soon as possible, as > this will allow the agenda to be tailored to the attendees.
