I would definitely be interested. I had invested a significant amount of time in a prior effort [1] to develop an HL7 usecase where HL7 CDA XML was used as a custom XML serialization of an RDF graph. Note, this is a different scenario from representing the HL7 RIM model in OWL (by extraction) - so I'm not sure which approach you had in mind (it makes a world of difference in my opinion).
