Per yesterday's call, the URL for Matthias' OWL mapping of NeuronDB to Birnlex, BAMS, BFO, OBI is: http://neuroweb.med.yale.edu/senselab/senselab-bfo-obi-birnlex-bams-mapping.owl Ontologies such as these are a great way to illustrate dataset integration in a manner that falls between the very high level maps from http://esw.w3.org/topic/HCLS/HCLS_semantic_web_map and the query page from the demo (http://hcls2.csail.mit.edu:8890/nsparql/). I have demonstrated a previous version on several occasions with great success. People unfamiliar with Semantic Web are fascinated by the ease of integration. They can see (and surf for themselves) the details of how the integration was accomplished by means of only few dozen statements. jb
